  • Quarterly inspections will ensure that the property is being maintained, kept clean, and that the lawn, yard and exterior is on point
  • Automated ACH or direct deposit payment required
  • We use detailed move in/out forms and communicate strict adherence to policies
  • 2 Pet maximum
  • Tenant damage repairs reporting with inspection/approval sheet
  •  AC Maintenance - annual inspection at owner expense as long as air filters are changed on schedule by tenant
  • Tenant responsible for monthly pest control
  • Rental insurance recommended – available through our website·
  • Late fees – proactively regulated to promote on-time payments
  • Annual ledger for tax purposes
