Standards
- Quarterly inspections will ensure that the property is being maintained, kept clean, and that the lawn, yard and exterior is on point
- Automated ACH or direct deposit payment required
- We use detailed move in/out forms and communicate strict adherence to policies
- 2 Pet maximum
- Tenant damage repairs reporting with inspection/approval sheet
- AC Maintenance - annual inspection at owner expense as long as air filters are changed on schedule by tenant
- Tenant responsible for monthly pest control
- Rental insurance recommended – available through our website·
- Late fees – proactively regulated to promote on-time payments
- Annual ledger for tax purposes
